We are a Dharma Community based on Buddhist Philosophy, we are not religious in any way and we welcome people of all belief systems or lack thereof. We practice the philosophy of Buddhist "middle way" thus
 we are not extreme left or right. Our project is new and we have a little bit of house keeping to do, we plan to use the property as a permaculture site and an organic farm as well as doing some natural building with earthen materials and bamboo, we also have the intention to work as a community with the local Thai farmers and teach them more eco friendly ways to farm. Our community has a very traditional Thai feeling to it and is pretty much run in a respectful Eastern way. All of our facilities are modern and our housing is not typical of permaculture site as our property was designed to be a resort it is very much a resort luxury feeling compared to what the average person
 looking to volunteer on an organic farm would expect swimming pool and all.

The Panya Project is a volunteer run Permaculture Education Center, located in Mae Taeng, Chiang Mai, Thailand.  Founded in 2005, Panya now hosts a flourishing food forest with over 35 varieties of fruits and a garden that produces more and more of the communities food every year.  Panya hosts Permaculture Design Courses, Sustainable living internships, and Natural Building workshops throughout the year.  Panya is considered to be one of the premier permaculture centers in SE Asia, and consistantly gets raving reviews from the students and visitors. 
Panya works closely with NGO organizations around SE Asia to help make their work more ecologically effective, whether it is rainforest conservation in Malaysia, refugee camps on the Thai Burma border or a home for pregnant youth.
Panya is very happy to have volunteers, visitors and course participants through the site, as all bring their own knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm to the project.  This helps the Panya family to continue to make their systems even stronger and pushed them to keep the spirit of joy and simple living alive.

We are developing an ecovillage in the South Gulf Islands of British Columbia, Canada. The ecovillage is working to be a model of co-operative, sustainable land habitation and land use and features public outreach and education as included goals.EcoReality has acquired 43 acres of the former 104-acre Hughes Farm in Fulford Valley, 61 acres of which is to become community farmland. This land features large, irrigated fields, riparian areas on two year-round streams, and young forest. It backs on the Burgoyne Bay and Mill Farm public parks, which protect nearly the entire watershed of the two streams. We are seeking members who can help us become debt-free through investment in the co-op, which at a certain level, provides habitation and building rights. People of exceptional skill with fewer financial resources are also encouraged to begin a process of involvement that may ultimately result in membership and habitation.

Our land consists of 50 hectars of supergreen cloudforest with
mountains and waterfalls,
on a profetical, legendarily mystical and surprisingly biodiverse,
ancient location in the Cusco region, Peru, on the altitude of 2.400 meters,
right on the foot of the wise apu/mountain spirit Qiswarani.
We expect, that around 15-20 People/families will be living on the
land abundantly,
each on 1-2 hectars, to design all by themselves.
Everyone will then only work 1 day per week in the big garden,
of which all can eat the whole week through. The rest of the time will
stay available,
to work on constructive individual and group-projects (see appendix
‘The content: our work’).

Our foundation is a non-profit organization…however, for we still
regularly need to make small investments, before being abundantly
self-sustainable,
